Terms and Conditions for ACCA Classes

Enrollment and Registration:

• Students must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process such as Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number, ACCA Student ID, birthdate.
• By submitting your ACCA student number and birth date, you grant us the right to submit your details to ACCA for results monitoring purpose within the ALP (Approved Learning Provider) performance matrix.
• Your email address is required in order to enable us to create access to the TestReach Platform (ACCA CBE Practice Platform).
• Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment of the required fees.

Technology Requirements:

• Students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and internet connectivity for online classes.
• Students are encouraged to use PCs, Laptop or any smart device that can access Zoom and with the ability to view Power Point, PDF and Excel documents.
• Students should ensure that they have good Internet connection in order to join the live classes online.

Intellectual Property:

• All course materials provided by the tutor are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed without permission.

Payment and Fees:

• There are 2 payment methods available for students which are full payment upon the commencement of class or installment plan.
• For those who opt for full settlement payment, the tuition fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the class
• For those who opt for installment payment, the tuition fees are required to be paid as per the schedule agreed with Preceptor Empire.

Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Upon full payment/partial payment, if the student wish to withdraw from the course, they are required to inform within 14 days from the commencement of class for the refund to be processed.
• If the students withdraw from the course upon commencement of class, no refunds will be provided.

Deferment

• The students are allowed to defer the class to next intake only once.
• Students are not allowed to defer to different course.

Class Attendance:

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes promptly.
• If a student cannot attend a class, they should inform the tutor in advance.
• Students who are not able to attend the class will be provided with recording to catch up before the next class.
• These recording are not allowed to be shared with anybody else.

Communication:

• All communication related to the class, including announcements and updates, will be conveyed through respective Whatsapp Group.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

• The tutor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. Adequate notice will be given in such cases.

Class Conduct:

• Respectful and courteous behavior is expected from all students.
• Disruptive behavior or any form of harassment will not be tolerated.
• Students can lodge any complaint regarding the misconduct of the tutor or fellow classmates through the complaint form available directly in our website: www.preceptorempire.com

Code of Conduct:

• Students are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Privacy and Confidentiality:

• Both the tutor and students must respect each other’s privacy and confidentiality. Sharing personal information without consent is prohibited.
• You have consented to allow Preceptor Empire to release your details to ACCA as part of the ACCA result monitoring purpose within the Approved Learning Partner.
• You consent to the collection of your personal info and such information may be held, used and disclosed to individuals, service providers, organizations associated with Preceptor Empire or any other third parties within or outside Malaysia for the purpose of storing, processing and providing the registration for subsequent services.

• Our website (www.preceptorempire.com) may contain links to other third-party websites or services which are not owned by Preceptor Empire.
• Preceptor Empire holds no control or responsibility for the content, privacy policy, or practices of those third-party website. You should acknowledge and agree that Preceptor Empire will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the contents or services available in the third-party websites. Force Majeure:

• Neither party will be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages).

Termination of Services:

• The tutor reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment due to repeated violations of the terms and conditions or for disruptive behavior.

Visa application

Preceptor Empire courses are based on online access thus there will be no services provided for any visa application.

Feedback and Improvement:

• Constructive feedback is encouraged, and the tutor may use it for continuous improvement of the teaching methods and materials.
